DH61 Giant Moth VH-UJB 'Apollo' of Qantas at Darwin to collect the first experimental air mail from England. Imperial Airways. DH66 G-EBMW 'City of Cairo' was to fly Karachi-Darwin but crashed at Koepand (NEI) on 19 April. Photo shows pilot Tapp with others beneath the engine.,
