Diagnóstico da responsabilidade social interna numa PME portuguesa

Abstract

Este projecto de tese focar-se-á na temática de responsabilidade social nas empresas na sua dimensão interna. O objectivo será, apôs criar um modelo de práticas de responsabilidade social interna devidamente fundamentado na teoria motivacional, realizar um diagnóstico das práticas actuais de RSE internas numa PME Portuguesa, apôs o qual se poderá identificar áreas de responsabilidade social onde se poderá sugerir novas medidas a serem futuramente tomadas.

This Thesis Project will be focused on the themes of Corporate Social Responsibility on its internal dimension. The goal will be, after creating a model of practises of internal CRS properly rooted on motivational theoretical knowledge, to make a diagnosis of the current practises of internal CRS on a Portuguese SME, after which it will be possible to identify areas of social responsibility where new measures may be taken in the future.
