The research was conducted using an open-ended question format questionnaire. 93teachers participated in the study. The specific items questioned were : (1) When did you feel it was unpleasant in the classroom? (2) What Japanese usages of students did you find unpleasant? (3) When did you feel it was pleasant in the classroom? (4) What is your opinion about the relationship between Japanese language teachers and foreign students? The contents analysis performed identified specific categories of response for each item. 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to assess the content of conflicts between Japanese language teachers and forelgn Students, as perceived by teachers. The research was conducted using an open-ended question format questionnaire. 93teachers participated in the study. The specific items questioned were : (1) When did you feel it was unpleasant in the classroom? (2) What Japanese usages of students did you find unpleasant? (3) When did you feel it was pleasant in the classroom? (4) What is your opinion about the relationship between Japanese language teachers and foreign students?
