• Local Notes:BAC: British Art Center has three copies. Copy 1 is an artist's proof [A.P.] of a limited edition of 100 signed copies, printed on mould-made papers and bound in thick card covers. Copies 2 and 3 are unsigned, printed onto cartridge stock stapled to card covers.
