Summary:Manuscript letter, in an unidentified secretarial hand, signed by Sarah Jennings Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough. The letter discusses the disposition of the estate of her husband, John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough, and the inheritance of his grandson, Charles Spencer, 3rd Duke of Marlborough; and requests that Nicholas Fazakerley give evidence at court against Spencer's claims on the estate.
