Summary:"Cover title: Child's primer[.] Manufactured by Fisher & Denison, (successors to Fisher & Bro.) no. 128 Nassau Street, New York, 64 Baltimore Street, Baltimore. Running title: New pictorial primer. Alfred J. Fisher and Thomas Denison are listed in the Baltimore directory for 1865-66; subsequent Baltimore directories list Alfred J. Fisher as a member of Fisher & Denison, and working in New York. New York city directories list both Fisher and Denison at 128 Nassau St. between 1868 and 1870, noting that Denison lived in Maryland. Page [1] of wrapper printed in red and black ink. "Fisher & Denison, (successor to Fisher & Bro.) ... booksellers, stationers, and publishers of a large variety of juvenile and toy books, brilliantly colored engravings, song books, dream books, schools books.
