      BAC: British Art Center copy 2 is no. 2 of 300, signed by Schwerdt. Bound in full red morocco, by Kelly & Sons, London. Note from P.D. Krolik, 11 May 1970, in front of Volume I: "Vols 1, 2 & 3, the property of H.M. Edward VIII at Fort Belvedere, were sold prior to the abdication to Mr. J.G. Wilson, Managing Director of J & E Bumpers. Volume 4 was published subsequently (1937, I think) and went directly to Bumpers. Mr. Wilson sold me all four volumes before the war."
