• Summary:Manuscript, in a single hand, of a collection of records relating to estates owned by George Pitt in Dorset. Grouped by estate, the manuscript lists various land transactions, including sales and rents; grants of annuity; and sales of trees. The record of each transaction also includes the names of those involved, and the dates span the 1650s to 1691. The volume also contains a list of rents reserved for lands sold.
