    • Summary:Manuscript recipe book containing mostly cookery recipes, including many for soups, fish, preserved meats, puddings, sauces and pickles, wines, punches, and desserts, including recipes for Mulligatawny soup, sauces using "Indian Soy," and "the Regent's punch." A small section headed "medical receipts" contains recipes for heartburn pills, whooping cough remedies, cold lozenges, and skin creams and salves.
