The remaining illustrations were printed dry on a Vandercook press from metal engravings reproduced from the Memorial edition. The text was set digitally in Bulmer and printed from metal engravings as well. The edition was bound by Campbell Logan, in Minneapolis. This is ... of 90 copies."--Colophon.
