    • Summary:A manuscript written by Ann Clifrton in the years 1723-1724 containing 546 receipts for full course meals as well as preserves. The manuscript includes 6 leaves listing suggested "Bills of Fare", three leaves at the beginning and three following the last recipe. The volume ends with a diagrams with "first corse" options and "second corse" options.
