The Henry Raup Wagner Collection of Texas and Coahuila Land Grants, contains petitions for land grants in Texas from the period 1829-31, including supporting documents and official endorsements from the period showing the disposition of the petitions. Many of the petitions are accompanied by testimony from Stephen F. Austin. The documents are arranged chronologically.

Access Information

The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections. You will need to bring appropriate photo ID the first time you register. Beinecke is a non-circulating, closed stack library. Paging is done by library staff during business hours.
