| 抄録: | There are 2 wetland conservation movements, Kabukuri-numa and Katano-kamoike in Japan. Both areas are registrated on the Ramsar List of Wetlands of International Importance. These are cases that changing processes from confrontation to collaboration can be observed. In this study, when searching for details, the following 7 steps are found as a transition process. (i) Making an alternative vision by an advocate on the environmental protection side. (ii) Arranging the meeting with an advocate and collaborator. (iii) Proposing an alternative vision to a collaborator by an advocate. (iv) Getting an approval from a collaborator. (v) Meeting various local actors on the introduction of a collaborator. (vi) Listening attentively to various local actor's word. And (vii) Having a new local image by each actor. |
