Abstract
Two suppositions are made by those who develop and implement nutrition and health education programs. First, such education programs increases the level of nutrition and health knowledge of individuals. Second, those that obtain a basic knowledge of these related areas are able to and ac- tually do practice nutrition principles and concepts in their choice of foods and health practices (1). Various studies support as well as contrast these suppositions.
