Senate District of Columbia Committee, Sen. Dominick discusses topics related to crime and crime prevention in Washington, D.C., including crime and crime rates, curfews and strong school discipline, the jurisdictional challenges of providing police protection in Washington D.C. and the difficulties of applying sentences for major versus minor crimes.
