수동 소자 발룬 회로를 튜닝하는 방법METHOD OF TUNING PASSIVE ELEMENT BALUN CIRCUIT
발룬 회로를 튜닝할 수 있는 멀티 칩 패키지는, 집적 회로가 실장된 집적 회로 패드, 상기 집적 회로의 전단에 배치되며 상기 집적 회로의 공정 오차를 고려하지 않고 설계된 발룬 회로(balun circuit)가 실장되며, 상기 집적 회로 패드와 함께 패키징되는 발룬 회로 패드를 포함한다. 상기 발룬 회로는 상기 발룬 회로 패드와 상기 집적 회로 패드 사이를 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 발룬 회로의 튜닝에 필요한 기생 인덕턴스와 기생 커패시턴스에 따라 그 길이와 직경이 결정되는 적어도 하나의 본딩 와이어에 의해 튜닝된다.
