자구벽 논리소자 및 이의 제조방법Magnetic domain wall logic element and manufacturing method thereof
비자성층; 및 상기 비자성층 상에 형성된 자성층;을 포함하는 자구벽 논리소자로, 상기 자성층은 수직 자기 이방성 영역; 및 상기 수직 자기 이방성 영역에 인접한 수평 자기 이방성 영역;을 포함하며, 상기 자구벽 논리소자는 비자성층의 면내 전류에 의하여 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자구벽 논리소자가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 자구벽 논리소자는 자구벽 이동만으로 논리소자를 구현할 수 있으며, 전류 구동이 가능하고, 간단한 구조를 가진다는 이점이 있다. 또한 이러한 논리소자를 이용할 경우, 데이터 처리 속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
