TRELLIS Survey UX Study - Final Report

In anticipation of a new Library Services Platform (LSP), the UX Team was tasked with exploring how and why users are using TRELLIS (our vintage OPAC). Since TRELLIS will be decommissioned with the implementation of a new LSP, the results will contribute to the Library’s communication strategy with TRELLIS users. Based on our findings we recommend that TRELLIS users need to be assured that the new LSP will offer as high precision searching as TRELLIS currently does.
