| 内容記述 | In this paper, we point out problems with lending among financial institutions in China, and investigate the factors behind the rapid growth of crowdfunding from comparison with the bank loan system and the traditional Chinese ROSCA system, hehui. With the background of the rapid growth of crowdfunding in China in recent years, its development is examined and the factors for the rapid growth are discussed. First, from the problems with lending by financial institutions in China, we can summarize the growth factors for China’s loan-type crowdfunding as both the underdeveloped financial system and also its incorporation into the demographics that cannot normally get bank loans. Based on the comparison with the bank loan system, we arrived at the following factors: there is huge arbitrage; it is easy to execute a loan; and through technological advances, small transactions can be easily performed at low cost. Furthermore, by comparing the traditional hehui ROSCA system, the similarities between it and crowdfunding were pointed out, and this may be one of the factors that lead to the rapid growth of crowdfunding in China. In particular, this research reveals that the similar mechanisms may be one of those factors. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究では，中国の金融機関の貸出の問題点を指摘し，銀行融資システムとの比較，または伝統的な庶民金融システム「合会」との比較から，クラウドファンディングの急成長の要因を見つけ出すことを目的とした。 近年，急成長をしている中国のクラウドファンディングを背景として，その発展を検討し，急成長の要因について考察を行う。まず，中国の金融機関の貸出の問題点から，中国の融資型クラウドファンディングの成長要因の①「金融制度の未発達」，②「銀行融資を受けられない層への取り込み」をまとめる。 そして，銀行融資システムとの比較から，③「巨大な裁定取引の存在」，④「融資実行にかかる手間の少なさ」，⑤「IT 技術の発展による小規模の取引を低コストで容易に行われたこと」の要因を導き出した。 また，伝統的な庶民金融システム「合会」の仕組みとの比較から，クラウドファンディングと伝統的な庶民金融システムとの類似点を指摘し，それに加え⑥「伝統的な庶民金融システム「合会」との類似性」が，中国におけるクラウドファンディングの急成長をもたらした一つの要因である可能性と指摘した。特に，伝統的な庶民金融システム「合会」とクラウドファンディングが共通に持っている仕組み自体に急速な普及を成し遂げさせた要因である，ということは本研究で導出した結論である。 |
