Modelos digitales del terreno 1:200.000 y modelos de transformación en la Península Ibérica

Abstract

Starting from the Digital Terrain Model MDT200 of the Instituto Geográfico Nacional (available from CNIG), from the GLOBE model for the non spanish territory and from the topo_8.2 model for the bathymetry, we have built some unified terrain models, for the Iberian Peninsula and their environment, each one in a single continuous grid. To facilitate the use of these models some transformation grids have been built. The grids have limits of 3800.000<Y<5100.000, -250.000<X<1350.000, with the interval of 200 meters in Y and X for UTM coordinates and 34<φ<44.5, -11<λ<6 with interval 6.48" for φ and 8.64 for λ in geodetic coordinates. These DTMs are distributed in 2 CDs by the Centro Nacional de Información Geográfica (CNIG).
