Abstract: O Estágio Pedagógico desenvolvido na Escola Básica e Secundária de Anadia surge como o culminar de um ciclo de estudos, que visa proporcionar aos estagiários a experiência de desenvolver e aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso num contexto real. Este processo, exige que os novos professores tenham a capacidade de adaptar estes conhecimentos teóricos, a uma realidade completamente nova, bem mais complexa, dinâmica e volátil. Ao longo deste ano letivo, a reflexão e a discussão, entre colegas de estágio e orientadores de estágio, sobre a prática pedagógica realizada, assumiu uma importância vital no desenvolvimento das minhas capacidades. É esta a dinâmica que permite ao professor ser produtor da sua profissão, ser um profissional reflexivo e crítico. Os professores devem questionar diariamente o que ensinam, a forma como o fazem, os objetivos que perseguem e o sucesso do processo de ensino aprendizagem. Assim, surge o presente Relatório de Estágio que apresenta e descreve todo o trabalho desenvolvido, as atividades realizadas e as aprendizagens adquiridas provenientes do contato com a prática pedagógica com a turma F do 8º ano, da Escola Básica e Secundária de Anadia, no ano letivo 2015-2016. O Relatório de Estágio encontra-se dividido em três temas principais. No primeiro, foi realizada a contextualização da prática pedagógica, onde foram analisadas as características específicas da escola, do grupo disciplinar e da turma onde foi realizado o estágio pedagógico, de forma a poder adaptar o processo pedagógico ao contexto em que estava inserido. Numa segunda parte foi realizada a descrição das atividades desenvolvidas, através de uma análise reflexiva sobre o trabalho desenvolvido, justificando as opções tomadas e destacando as aprendizagens realizadas. Por último, foi realizado o aprofundamento do tema-problema, no qual foram desenvolvidas ações no sentido de mudar hábitos alimentares e físicos para o controlo da obesidade infantil. The Teaching Practice developed in Primary and Secondary School Anadia comes as the culmination of a course of study, which aims to provide trainees the experience to develop and apply the knowledge acquired during the course in a real context. This process requires that new teachers have the ability to adapt these theoretical knowledge to a completely new reality, more complex, dynamic and volatile. Throughout this school year, reflection and discussion among stage colleagues and training supervisors on teaching practice carried out, assumed a vital importance in the development of my abilities. It is with this dynamic that allows the teacher to be a producer of his profession, be reflective and critical professionals. Teachers should question daily what they teach, the way they do, the goals they pursue and the success of the teaching-learning process. Thus arises the present Training Report which presents and describes all the work, the activities and the learning acquired from contact with the pedagogical practice with the F class of the 8th year of Primary and Secondary School of Anadia, in school year 2015-2016. The Training Report is divided into three main themes. In the first, the context of the pedagogic practice was held, which analyzed the specific characteristics of the school, the subject group and the class which was carried out teaching practice in order to be able to adapt the teaching process to the context in which it was inserted. In the second part, the description of the activities was carried out through a reflective analysis of the work, justifying the choices made and highlighting the learning achieved. Finally, it performed the deepening of the theme-problem, in which actions were undertaken to change eating and physical habits to control childhood obesity.
