German, German Studies, and Russian are all offered as undergraduate majors and minors. The records in this collection document the operations and history of the department. Biographical and Historical Note

The German and Russian department is one of almost 40 undergraduate and graduate academic departments located at Wake Forest University. German, German Studies, and Russian are all offered as both undergraduate majors and minors. The department offers coursework that focuses on language, culture, and international business relations. Students, regardless of major, are also encouraged to study abroad.
