abstract
These documents contain data used to model variation in Nazca booby survival and reproductive parameters by age, sex, early-adult environment, and early-adult diet. Documents are organized by Analysis Stage (Stage 1, Stage 2) and by analysis type. Stage 1 and Stage 2 are described in the manuscript text. There are three analysis types: CMR, capture-mark-recapture analyses of annual survival and recapture probabilities; BASTA, Bayesian Survival Trajectory Analysis; and Reproduction, Generalized linear mixed effects models used to model reproductive response variables. Data for BASTA and Reproduction analyses are included in Excel Workbooks, data descriptions and variable definitions are included within each file. Data for CMR analyses are included in text files, data descriptions and variable definitions are included in the companion document "Tompkins_Anderson_JAE_CMR_README.docx". Data collection was supported primarily by the National Science Foundation under Grant Nos. DEB 93045679, DEB 9629539, DEB 98-06606, DEB 0235818, DEB 0842199, and DEB 1354473 to DJA.
