Abstract

Until now Korean teaching department has been made amazing development in variety parts, but this is limited sore what internal in korea Because development of Korean education is due to teacher's teaching ability, this paper's theme is focused on teacher's self Education and training course. And this paper make use of Freeman's methods as Korean teacher's self-training methods. The methode is that when Korean teachers observed their teaching act in teaching Korean as a foreign language, they am change their language educational knowledge, technique, and attitudes. We expect to actualize the better result for this method in department of teaching Korean as a foreign language and then korean teachers' teaching ability development.
