Relatório final de estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Básica 2, 3 Eugénio dos Santos

Abstract

O estágio pedagógico é o momento em que o professor estagiário aplica, em contexto real, o conhecimento adquirido durante a sua formação inicial. Este relatório pretende analisar de forma reflexiva e crítica todo o processo de formação do professor, que contemplou inúmeras experiências, dificuldades e desafios. Enquanto docente da disciplina de Educação Física, desenvolvi competências ao nível de três áreas fulcrais, sendo elas: a área do planeamento em que se pretendeu que este fosse ajustado às reais necessidades de cada aluno; a área da avaliação, onde desenvolvi competências que me permitiram operacionalizar adequadamente a avaliação formativa e sumativa; e a área da condução, onde evoluí ao nível da organização das atividades, da transmissão de informação nos momentos de instrução, da gestão da disciplina da turma e da criação de um clima relacional positivo, durante a lecionação. De salientar a importância que os momentos de reflexão individual, de discussão e partilha com o núcleo de estágio e de estudo autónomo contínuo tiveram na evolução da minha intervenção pedagógica. O estágio pedagógico pretendeu, também proporcionar a oportunidade de desenvolver competências noutras áreas de intervenção como a área da investigação-ação, a área da direção de turma, e a área do desporto escolar.

The student teaching is the moment where the student teacher applies, in a real context, the knowledge acquired during his initial training. The present internship report analyzes and critiques, in a reflexive manner, the entire process of coaching, covering countless experiences, difficulties and challenges. As a Physical Education teacher, I developed skills in three crucial departments, which were: the ability of planning according to the different characteristics of each student; the ability to assess adequately, both in the formative point of view and in the summative; the management expertise, in which I became more capable of organizing the activities, of communicating the instructions, of applying discipline in terms of behavior and of creating a positive social environment during class. I would like to point out the importance of the individual reflection moments, of the discussion and sharing moments with the internship team and of the autonomous and continuous study in the improvement of my educational intervention. The coaching doesn’t include only the teaching activity in the class context. It also provides opportunities to the student teacher to develop skills in other intervention departments such as the investigation-action section and the class management section and the training section.
