Relatório final de estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária de Mem Martins, no ano letivo de 2013-14

Abstract

Neste estudo é realizada uma reflexão critica às atividades desenvolvidas no ano letivo 2013/2014, do estágio efetuado na Escola Secundária de Mem Martins, incluído no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. As atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio pedagógico serviram de suporte a esta reflexão crítica de forma a estudar e obter dados conclusivos sobre a experiência desenvolvida em contexto educativo no que se refere às dimensões do planeamento, avaliação e condução de ensino. O presente relatório atribui uma importância especial ao trabalho desenvolvido com necessidades educativas especiais (NEE). O processo avaliativo destes estudantes constituiu o tema do trabalho científico-pedagógico de modo a perceber as praticas levadas a efeito pelos seus professores, bem como o envolvimento de toda a comunidade escolar. Assim sendo, o presente relatório, este foi dividido em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo é efetuada uma introdução, seguida da contextualização da Escola Secundária de Mem Martins, o seu grupo de educação física, o núcleo de estágio e a turma onde incide o presente estudo. O segundo capítulo compreende à análise e reflexão das matérias trabalhadas, tendo estas sido subdivididas em quatro áreas: Área 1 – Direcionada para a organização e gestão do processo ensino e aprendizagem. Área 2 – Direcionada para a inovação e investigação. Área 3 – Direcionada para a participação da escola em atividades curriculares e extracurriculares. Área 4 – Direcionada para as relações de parceria da comunidade escolar com a comunidade educativa. O terceiro capítulo encerra com a reflexão final de todo o processo de aprendizagem possibilitado pela experiência do Estágio Pedagógico.

This study consists of a critical reflection on the activities developed during the school year 2013/2014, within the internship done in Mem Martins High School, as part of the Master’s Degree in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education. The activities implemented supported the critical reflection in order to study and obtain conclusive data regarding the activities developed within the educational plan as far as planning, management and evaluation are concerned. Focus was laid on the teacher's ability in the assessment of students with special educational needs; the importance of the teacher’s involvement in motivating students to do both the curricular and extracurricular activities as well as involving the school community as a whole. Therefore, and in order to simplify this report, it was divided into three chapters. The first chapter comprises the introduction, followed by the contextualization of Mem Martins School, the physical education group, internship nucleus and the class in which this study was carried out. The second chapter addresses the analysis and reflection of the fields which were worked on and which were subdivided into four areas: Area 1 – Directed towards the organization and management of teaching and learning. Area 2 – Directed towards innovation and research. Area 3 - Directed towards the school participation in curricular and extracurricular activities. Area 4 - Directed towards the involvement of the school community with the educational community. The third chapter ends this report with the final reflection on the whole learning process. Overall, the results obtained from the work developed throughout the school year as well as from the learning process achieved suggest the paramount importance of the teacher's role within the school community, not only in the curricular areas but also in the extracurricular ones, thus supporting studies previously conducted.
