Abstract:
Der Beitrag befasst sich mit den zentralen schulrechtlichen Fragen vor dem Hintergrund der Corona-Pandemie im laufenden und im kommenden Schuljahr. Er behandelt dabei die rechtlichen Anforderungen an Schulschließungen nach dem Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG), die Schulpflicht, Leistungsbewertungen und die Ausstattung von Schüler*innen mit digitalen Lernmitteln.

Against the background of the Corona pandemic, this contribution deals with central legal questions in the current and the next school year. In doing so, it discusses the legal requirements for school closures according to the Infection Protection Law, compulsory education, performance assessments and the provision of digital learning aids for students.
