Resumo
Este relatório tem o propósito de avaliar as vivências do trabalho elaborado ao longo do ano letivo 2019/2020.
Na Lecionação destaco diferenciação de ensino para cada aluno (apêndice 5), assim como a metodologia utilizada na atribuição de responsabilidade e cooperação entre os alunos, em que cada aluno foi professor do companheiro, levando à evolução individual e coletiva da turma.
Na Direção de turma destaco o trabalho desenvolvido a nível colaborativo, interdisciplinar e integrativo. Mais especificamente, o trabalho e realização conjunta do Relatório Técnico Pedagógico (RTP) com a Equipa Multidisciplinar de Apoio à Educação Inclusiva (EMAEI), bem como o ambiente de interdisciplinaridade no CT, em cuja dinâmica julgo ter tido um papel determinante.
No que diz respeito ao Desporto Escolar, o fato do quadro de competição de ginástica acrobática apresentar poucos encontros fez com que criasse a competição interna: considero ser este o meu maior contributo na área.
A minha marca mais relevante no externato diz respeito ao seminário, na aplicação do programa de treino intervalado de alta intensidade. Este serviu para ensinar aos alunos e relembrar aos professores a importância do desenvolvimento das capacidades motoras, levando ao compromisso por parte do GEF em aplicar o programa no próximo ano letivo.
The purpose of this report is to evaluate the experiences of the work done during the school year 2019/2020. In the teaching, I highlight the teaching differentiation for each student (appendix 5), as well as the methodology used in the attribution of responsibility and cooperation among the students, in which each student was the companion's teacher, leading to the individual and collective evolution of the class. In the class management, I highlight the work developed at a collaborative, interdisciplinary and integrative level. More specifically, the work and joint implementation of the Technical Pedagogical Report (RTP) with the Multidisciplinary Team to Support Inclusive Education (EMAEI), as well as the interdisciplinary environment in the CT, in whose dynamic I believe has played a determining role. As far as School Sport is concerned, the fact that the acrobatic gymnastics competition board presents few meetings has led me to create the internal competition: I consider this to be my greatest contribution in the area. My most relevant mark in the externality concerns the seminar, in the application of the high intensity interval training program. It served to teach students and remind teachers of the importance of developing motor skills, leading to a commitment by the GEF to apply the program next school year.
