Resumo
A presente dissertação tem como objetivo efetuar uma análise em relação às capacidades avaliativas da Grelha de Observação (GO) (Louro, 2005). Procura perceber quais os comportamentos verbais que mais influenciam uma decisão judicial do ponto de vista das motivações dos juízes e qual o grau de importância que estes assumem no sentenciar.
Para a realização desta investigação efetuou-se um trabalho de investigação no 1º e 8º Juízo do Tribunal Criminal de Lisboa. Foram observados 45 julgamentos, com o total de 147 sujeitos onde 35 são arguidos, 15 vítimas, 22 testemunhas arroladas pelo arguido e 75 testemunhas arroladas pela vítima.
Foi possível verificar que existem algumas características discursivas que se mostraram influenciadoras em relação ao constructo. Os resultados foram analisados e posteriormente fundamentados.
