Resumo
As escolas possuem um carácter heterogéneo a nível social, cultural, económico e religioso. A consequente descriminação e insensibilidade face às diferenças conduzem muitas vezes os alunos ao isolamento, a uma fraca autoestima e à exclusão, particularmente quando essas diferenças afetam a autonomia nas atividades do quotidiano.
Considera-se que a linguagem, fator determinante no processo de socialização, é o meio pelo qual os indivíduos comunicam, interagem e adquirem normas, valores e comportamentos. Torna-se, assim, pertinente salientar a importância das estratégias pedagógicas dos docentes, nomeadamente as devotadas à interação e à aprendizagem cooperativa que desenvolvem no aluno um conjunto de aptidões e competências comunicativa e, por conseguinte, a autonomia, a socialização e a inclusão.
Schools have a heterogeneous nature social, cultural, economic and religious. The resulting face discrimination and insensitivity to differences often lead students to isolation, poor self-esteem and social exclusion, particularly when these differences affect autonomy in activities of daily life. It is considered that the language factor in the socialization process is the means by which individuals communicate, interact and acquire norms, values and behaviors. It is therefore pertinent to note the importance of the teaching strategies of teachers, particularly devoted to interaction and cooperative learning in which students develop a set of skills and communicative skills and therefore autonomy, socialization and inclusion.
