Resumo
A principal problemática deste estudo está diretamente relacionada com as
principais opções dos professores de Educação Física da Ilha Terceira (Açores) no
ensino do basquetebol. Assim, pretende verificar-se qual o método de ensino mais
utilizado quais as opções tomadas ao longo do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Como
objetivo geral e foco principal deste estudo, pretende verificar-se quais são as principais
opções dos professores no ensino do basquetebol.
Para que seja possível chegar às conclusões desejadas, foram realizados
inquéritos de modo a chegar a conclusões, sobre a problemática deste estudo. Os
resultados obtidos demostram que existem diversas preocupações por parte dos
professores ao abordar o ensino do basquetebol. As mesmas advêm de diversos fatores
que não podem ser ignorados ao longo do processo ensino-aprendizagem como a
formação de grupos, a motivação dos alunos, o ensino diferenciado e a avaliação, sendo
que no final, o método de ensino mais referenciado, foi o jogo-jogado ou método global.
The main problem of this study is directly related to the options that Physical Education teachers have on the Island of Terceira (Azores) with regards to teaching basketball. Thus, it purpose is to verify which is the most used teaching method and what are the options taken during the teaching-learning process. As a general objective and main focus of this study, we intend to verify what are the main options of teachers in the teaching of basketball. In order to arrive at the desired conclusions, investigations were carried out in order to reach conclusions on the problem of this study. The results show that there are several concerns on the part of the teachers when approaching the teaching of basketball. They come from a number of factors that can not be ignored throughout the teaching-learning process, such as group formation, student motivation, differentiated teaching and assessment. In the end, the most referenced teaching method was the Game-play or overall method.
