Resumo
Esta dissertação analisa técnica e economicamente soluções de reabilitação estrutural de pavimentos de madeira de edifícios habitacionais antigos. Tipicamente estes pavimentos têm vigas com entregas deterioradas por agentes biológicos, tendo portanto a sua capacidade resistente reduzida, e apresentam problemas funcionais devido à excessiva deformabilidade das vigas.
Nos três capítulos iniciais faz-se uma caracterização dos pavimentos de madeira correntes em edifícios antigos, identificam-se as patologias mais frequentes nestes elementos estruturais, e definem-se soluções de reabilitação para fazer face ao problema de entregas de vigas deterioradas por agentes biológicos.
Posteriormente é realizada uma análise técnico-económica de soluções de reabilitação aplicadas a um caso de estudo, sendo analisadas soluções de intervenção de empalmes com ligadores metálicos, empalmes com varões colados e substituição integral de vigas deterioradas. Deste modo será possível, em situações equiparáveis à analisada, escolher a melhor alternativa em termos técnicos e económicos.
Além deste apoio na decisão de soluções para o problema em questão, o trabalho foca e descreve os aspetos de dimensionamento e orçamentação das soluções de reabilitação analisadas.
The main purpose of this work is to analyze, technically and economically, structural rehabilitation systems for structural wood floors of residential old buildings. Typically, these floors have beams ends damaged by biological agents, consequently restringing the wood floors load capacity, as well as functional problems due to the beams over deflection. The three initial chapters characterize the current structural wood floors in residential old buildings, the most common problems that occur in these structural elements, and the structural rehabilitation systems usually used for facing the problem of beams ends damaged by biological agents. It is carried out then a technically-economically analysis of rehabilitation systems applied to a specific study case. It is studied the rehabilitation system of spliced beams with metal fasteners, glued in rods solution, and the total replacement of the damaged beams solution. In this way it will be possible, for equivalent situations, to choose the technical and economical best solution. Beyond this decision helping, this work focuses and describes the design approach and the economic valuation of these rehabilitation systems.
