Resumo
Este relatório enquadra-se no momento final de avaliação do segundo ano de
Mestrado em Futebol. Tem por base o ano de estágio realizado no Sport Lisboa e
Benfica e visa a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Futebol pela Universidade Lusófona de
Humanidades e Técnologias.
O estágio foi desenvolvido ao longo da época 2016/2017 na equipa de futebol de
Infantis (Sub 12 anos) do Sport Lisboa e Benfica.
Ao longo do relatório foram descritos vários modelos próprios ao clube onde
estagiei, modelos estes que visam várias áreas da formação de jovens atletas, entre as
quais, observação, treino, recrutamento, e o jogo própriamente dito.
Em termos pessoais, este relatório reflecte um ano de estágio ao longo do qual
estive em contacto com uma estrutura extremamente organizada e competente, o que me
propocionou uma nova visão sobre a realidade do futebol jovem em Portugal.
Mais do que uma recolha de artigos sobre treino desportivo, este trabalho é uma
descrição e reflexão sobre a experiência vivida ao longo de toda a época desportiva.
This paper is the final moment of evaluation of the second year of the Football’s Master’s degree. It is based on the intership at Sport Lisboa e BenficaTem and its goal is to obtain the degree of master in Football at the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Técnologias. The internship occurred in the season of 2016/2017 with the football team of the youth team (Under 12 years old) at Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Along the paper a variety of models of the club I was an intern on, were described, the models are aimed to some of the areas of young athlete’s development, as, observation, training, recruitment and the game itself. At the personal level, this paper reflects a year of internship in which I was in contact with an extremely organized and competent structure, that brought me a new perspective about the reality of youth football in Portugal. More than a gathering of sports training articles, this work is a description and reflection about the experience lived over the entire sports season.
