Relatório final de estágio na direção de operações da GNR : caracterização do perfil do infrator e formas de violência em eventos desportivos policiados pela Guarda Nacional Republicana

Resumo
O presente relatório de estágio é o resultado da realização de um estágio que decorreu na Repartição de Operações da Direção de Operações estabelecidas no Comando Geral da Guarda Nacional Republicana. O estágio foi efetuado no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Sociologia do Desporto, Organização e Desenvolvimento da ULHT. Através do estágio foi-me possível aperfeiçoar as valências pessoais e profissionais que culminou com a elaboração de um estudo sobre a caracterização do perfil do infrator e formas de violência em eventos desportivos policiados pela GNR. Este estudo pretende indagar, no âmbito da violência nos espetáculos desportivos nos espaços de atuação da GNR, o perfil dos responsáveis pelas ocorrências registadas, segundo a natureza das infrações e formas de violência. Desta forma, procura-se caracterizar os infratores, que recorrentemente se deslocam aos recintos desportivos e atuam de forma violenta, infringindo as regras.
O estudo implicou a recolha e análise de resultados entre 2014 e 2016, num total de 173 infratores em eventos desportivos policiados pela GNR, com o intuito de identificar qual o perfil dos responsáveis pelas ocorrências da GNR nos espetáculos desportivos e as características dos incidentes registados.
Após a análise dos resultados constatámos que a ocorrência de violência no desporto, durante o período em análise, teve como protagonistas indivíduos na sua grande maioria jovens do sexo masculino, solteiros, residentes no distrito do Porto, de nacionalidade portuguesa, com idades entre os 18 e os 24 anos, que se deslocaram a jogos de futebol das competições distritais no distrito do Porto, e praticaram atos ilícitos no interior do recinto desportivo, maioritariamente, invadindo a área do espetáculo desportivo, provocando, por vezes, vítimas, nomeadamente árbitros, o que levou à sua detenção por parte dos agentes de autoridade.
Os dados obtidos pretendem ser um contributo para a diminuição dos casos de violência no desporto, demonstrando que é necessário tomar medidas para evitar a ocorrência de atos ilícitos nos eventos desportivos.
This internship report is the result of an internship that took place in the Operations Division of the Operations Directorate established in the General Command of the Republican National Guard. The internship was carried out within the scope of the Master Course in Sociology of Sport, Organization and Development of ULHT. Through the internship I was able to improve the personal and professional values that culminated in the elaboration of a study on the characterization of the profile of the offender and forms of violence in sports events policed by the GNR. This study intends to investigate the profile of those responsible for occurrences registered, according to the nature of the infractions and forms of violence, within the scope of violence in the sports spectacles in the spaces of the GNR. In this way, we try to characterize the offenders, who recurrently move to the sports events and act in a violent way, violating the rules. The study involved the collection and analysis of results between 2014 and 2016, in a total of 173 offenders in sports events policed by the GNR, in order to identify the profile of those responsible for the occurrences of the GNR in sports spectacles and the characteristics of recorded incidents. After the analysis of the results, we verified that the occurrence of violence in the sport during the period under analysis had as protagonists individuals mostly male, single, residents in the district of Porto, Portuguese nationality, aged 18 and 24 years old, who went to football matches of the district competitions in the district of Porto, and practiced illicit acts inside the sports hall, mostly, invading the area of the sport spectacle, sometimes causing victims, namely referees, the which led to his detention by agents of authority. The information obtained intend to be a contribution to the reduction of cases of violence in sport, demonstrating that it is necessary to take measures to prevent the occurrence of illegal acts in sporting events.
