内容記述 | The trend which can also be said to be a social reform has also reached the health care sector unexceptional. However, on health care sector, it has still hung on to superstition and the myth "health care is special". When change of society is summarized, it is "conversion in quality from quantity". Quality is the conformity to customer's requirements as Dr. Juran defines it as "Quality is fitness for use".
