Abstract
Celem pracy jest jak najszersze przedstawienie wybranych kolekcji muzealnych, prywatnych i innych posiadających ukraińskie przedmioty etnograficzne. Umożliwi to zorientowanie się w skali i jakości takich zbiorów. Mam nadziej, że uzupełni to już istniejącą na ten temat wiedzę. Ważne będzie również ukazanie recepcji takich kolekcji, zarówno wśród Polaków, jak i Ukraińców. Chciałbym także zastanowić się nad rolą jaką pełnią w rodzimym muzealnictwie i czym są lub mogą być dla etnologii oraz innych nauk humanistycznych.
The aim of the PhD dissertation is to show the widest range of museum collections both private and others that contain ukrainian ethnografic objects. This will allow to estimate the value and the scale of such collections. I hope that it will complement contemporary knowledge in this field. What is more, the importance of reception of these collections among Poles and Ukraninians will be shown. I would like also to consider their role in our domestic museology and what they are for ethnology and other humanities.
