Abstract: Globally the major issue we have been facing is Environmental Protection. We humans along with various species, plants are connected to each other and stitched with the delicate ecosystem. Since we are interconnected and that is our strength but also a weak point for our ecosystem, if any part got harmed then other parts of the ecosystem are also get harmed. It s a dominos effect, deep inside the ocean and above us the high height atmosphere is relatively impacting our life. Globalized Economic status can increase the damage and increase the environmental protection. Threatening global warming and regular environmental degradation is threatening every bit of human race. On the other hand we also should consents that the important factor for the countries development is the economic development which can only be reached through industrialization and the sustainable development plans seems to be one of the bridge to make balance between development and ecology. One must learn that environmental degradation is not justified on the stake of national interest The major game changers are Courts, they have proved their existence in determining the scope of the powers and functions of administrative agencies and prominently striking a balance between the ecosystem and its enlargement. Balance between the two i.e., development on one side and pollution free environment on the other is the need of the hour. Improvement in the quality of human life is a process by which development can be sustained for generations. This new reality, from which there is no escape, must be recognized- and managed Industries and environmental issues since 1991, India has been experiencing fast industrial development. The aforementioned discussion was an eye opener for the researcher which forced the researcher to undertake this research and to searched the various perspectives about the environmental concern and its degradation and to suggest the necessary aspects. newline
