The accompanying press release states "GRADUATES HONORED -- Dr. George Heather, left, Dean of Texas Tech's School of Business Administration, presented Honors Plan Certificates Saturday to, from left, Frans (cq) DaNaune Bloodworth of Lubbock, Felix Nelson Thetford of Axtell, Michael Burns McKinney of Midland and Stephen David Crow of Bellaire. The awards were presented in recognition of successful completion of the School's four-year honors program."
