Under the new theoretical perspective and analysis framework, this paper implemented fieldwork for New Standard Chocolate, NPO that supports employment of people with disabilities. By this field work, this paper find out new behavioral type of social entrepreneur, adaptive mixture of social institution and resistance of isomorphic pressure using institutions as tools. 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to construct new theoretical perspective and analysis framework of a social entrepreneur building social enterprise as hybrid structure. Social entrepreneurs embedded social institution including Pluralistic logic can carry out social innovation to mix various institutions rooted market logic, public logic, reciprocity logic, legitimacy. Under the new theoretical perspective and analysis framework, this paper implemented fieldwork for New Standard Chocolate, NPO that supports employment of people with disabilities.
