| 内容記述 | 介護虐待などの社会問題は年々深刻化している．家族介護者が健康に生活するために，地域包括ケアシステムが提唱されている．その一環で家族支援に作業療法士が専門的視点で関わることが重要になると筆者は考えている．そこで要介護者を介護する家族の作業適応状態を評価する尺度開発を目的に，内容的妥当性を検証した．仮尺度を作成し，デルファイ法を用いて妥当性の確保を図った．本研究では，専門家（パネリスト）の合意が基準を超えるまで繰り返される方法を採用した．基準は，内容妥当性比0.75 以上とした．仮尺度は64設問で構成された．3回施行した結果，1回目では50設問，2回目では41設問に削除・修正され，3 回目で項目のすべてが基準を満たしたため終了した．本尺度の内容的妥当性が担保された． | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Social problems, such as nursing care abuse, are increasing year after year. Community-based integrated care systems have been proposed for family caregivers to live healthy. As part of this, it is important for occupational therapists to be involved in family support from a professional perspective. The purpose of the study is to develop a scale to evaluate the Occupational adaptation for family caregivers who care for the care recipient. The content validity was verified. A provisional scale was created and the validity was ensured using the Delphi method. In this study, the panelists agreed to repeat until the standards were exceeded. The standard was a content validity ratio of 0.75 or higher. The provisional scale consisted of 64 questions. As a result, it was performed 3 times. The 1st session was deleted and revised to 50 questions, and the 2nd session was deleted to 41 questions. The 3rd session ended with all items meet the criteria. It was judged that the content validity of this scale was guaranteed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
