O português dos chineses em Portugal : o caso dos imigrantes da área do comércio e restauração em Águeda

Abstract

Este estudo incide sobre as dificuldades de aprendizagem da Língua Portuguesa como Língua Não Materna de um grupo de alunos chineses de Águeda em ambiente formal. O contexto de aprendizagem, as atitudes e motivações, as dificuldades linguísticas, a realidade sócio-cultural dos aprendentes e os métodos de ensino de línguas estrangeiras são factores que se devem ter em conta no ensino do Português Língua Não Materna, conduzindo os alunos à prática efectiva da comunicação. A autora pretende que os resultados desta investigação apresentem algumas das dificuldades dos aprendentes chineses em Portugal, contribuindo, através da sua experiência, com estratégias para as ultrapassar.

ABSTRACT: The present study is about the learning difficulties of the Portuguese Language as a non-mother tongue by a group of Chinese students from Águeda in a formal context. The learning context, the attitudes and motivations, the linguistic difficulties, the learners’ sociocultural background and the foreign languages’ teaching approaches should be considered when Portuguese is taught as a non-mother tongue, in order to lead the students to the effective practice of the communication. The author expects that the results of this research present some of the difficulties faced by the Chinese learners in Portugal and suggests some strategies, based on her experience, to help them exceeding those difficulties.
