The contribution proposes a critical examination of the discipline of long-term savings plans. In the species A. highlights some critical issues posed by the legislative new with reference to the tax effects consequent to the hypotheses of forfeiture of the subsidized regime, to the margins of movement of the assets of the PIR compliant funds as well as to some interpretative doubts relating to the extinction of the RIPs.

Il contributo propone una disamina critica della disciplina dei piani di risparmio a lungo termine. Nella specie l'A. evidenzia alcune criticità poste dalla novella legislativa con riferimento agli effetti fiscali conseguenti alle ipotesi di decadenza dal regime agevolato, ai margini di movimentazione degli attivi dei fondi PIR compliant nonché ad alcuni dubbi interpretativi relativi all'estinzione dei PIR.
