In this chapter, the main interpretative approaches for the analysis of interethnic rlationshops are presented. Some examples of research and interventios, oriented to promote interethnic relations and social integration in European societies, are illustrated. Finally, interethnic contacts and frindshops are recogized as a fundamental pillar of interculturalism.
