For many years Alessandro Olschki was at the helm of his family's publishing firm. He always showed considerable interest in «La Bibliofilia», the earliest periodical founded by his grandfather Leo Samuel Olschki. Manifestations of the particular attention he showed towards the journal can be seen in his friendly relations with his various editors, the numerous contributions he himself made to its pages, and the organisations of the grand celebrations for the centenary of the publishing house and of the journal. Nor should we overlook his concern for such matters as the history of publishers' archives, the indexing of learned journals, and for maintaining and strengthening the highest standards of publishing production.

Abstract
For many years Alessandro Olschki was at the helm of his family's publishing firm. He always showed considerable interest in «La Bibliofilia», the earliest periodical founded by his grandfather Leo Samuel Olschki. Manifestations of the particular attention he showed towards the journal can be seen in his friendly relations with his various editors, the numerous contributions he himself made to its pages, and the organisations of the grand celebrations for the centenary of the publishing house and of the journal. Nor should we overlook his concern for such matters as the history of publishers' archives, the indexing of learned journals, and for maintaining and strengthening the highest standards of publishing production.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
