Abstract

An increase in the number of elderly people over the next few years will in the long term mean an increase in the number of elderly people with a dementia diagnosis. Good knowledge about dementia and how to best respond to this diagnosis is a need not only for the well-being of the patients, but also for the health professional's own well-being.
