Absztrakt:
My main goal was the development of a toolset using which we can analyse the optical properties of one or two component nanolayers through multiple parameters (temperature, composition, layer thickness, wavelength). Ellipsometry is a fast, non-destructive optical measurement method, that allowed the acquisition of vast amounts of data. To analyse the results of these measurements, we require proper optical models as well as a background understanding of the processes behind them.
