Resumen/Abstract
RESUMEN: En el siguiente proyecto se expone el mix de comunicación de una organización no lucrativa, en este caso Unicef. La mayor parte del proyecto explicara el marketing mix que realiza la organización. Para empezar se tratara la justificación social, es decir el numero de voluntarios y socios con los que cuentan distintas entidades no lucrativas y otros datos de interés sobre el voluntariado. Después se explica la justificación económica, donde se mostraran los ingresos de estas entidades y su dependencia de estas a los fondos públicos. A continuación se expondrá un marco teórico y diversos ejemplos del Marketing con Causa aplicados por Unicef, seguido de un marco específico donde aparecerán datos económicos, únicamente de Unicef la organización a tratar en este proyecto. En el apartado final se dará a conocer la aplicación del marketing que hace Unicef. Se explica el marketing operativo de la organización, concretamente el marketing mix, o 4P (producto, precio, promoción y distribución). Finalmente se tratara el mix de comunicación desglosado en cuatro grupos, Fuerza de Ventas, Internet, Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas. Dentro de la Fuerza de Ventas, se explica el número de trabajadores y voluntarios con los que cuenta la empresa, viendo que su número de voluntarios triplica el del personal asalariado. Dentro del apartado internet se desarrollan los anuncios, redes sociales y pagina web. En la publicidad encontramos los medios de comunicación más conocidos como son la televisión, la radio, el merchandising y la publicidad exterior. Por último encontramos las relaciones publicas y dentro de ella el patrocinio, eventos, ferias, stands y famosos.
ABSTRACT: On the following project it is explained the communication mix of one Non Profit Organization, in this case Unicef. Most of the project focuses on the marketing mix that the organization does. To start with the social justification that is to say the number of volunteers and members of which have different non-profit organizations and others relevant information on volunteering. Next the economic justification is explained where incomes of these entities will be shown and their dependence on the public resources. Later on it is mentioned the theory many examples of cause marketing applied by Unicef, followed by a specific framework where economic data appears only from Unicef, to be treated in this project. In continuation it will be shown the marketing application of Unicef. Operative marketing of the organization is explained concretely the marketing mix or 4P (product, price, place and promotion). In the last part the breakdown of the mix communication will be derived into four groups. Selling Force, Internet, Advertisement and Public Relations. In the selling force it is explained the number of workers and volunteers that the company has. Showing the number of volunteers is three times more than the number of workers. In the Internet is developed ads, social networks and website. In the advertisement it is used the most well known communication media such as television, radio, merchandising and outdoor advertisement. Finally we find Public Relations and in this area we have sponsorships, events, fairs, stands and famous people.
