Resumen/Abstract
RESUMEN: En este trabajo hemos realizado una investigación de mercados sobre las Organizaciones no lucrativas que actúan en Cantabria, ya sean nacionales o regionales.
El objetivo es conocer la imagen que tiene la población cántabra, el interés y el conocimiento sobre a estas organizaciones, así como intentar conocer si se está comprometido con las mismas, información útil para las ONGs.
Para ellos se han utilizado fuentes secundarias, por medio de entrevistas con personas que trabajan en este tipo de organizaciones, que nos han ayudado a realizar las encuestas con las cuales obtendremos las fuentes primarias de información.
Esta investigación se ha realizado a través de cuestionarios y a un tamaño muestral de 200 personas.
Los cuestionarios realizados entre mayo y septiembre de 2016 en Torrelavega y Santander.
El cuestionario consta de 24 preguntas de las cuales tenemos 3 preguntas de respuesta abierta, 5 dicotómicas, 3 de elección múltiple, una de respuesta jerarquizada, dos preguntas filtro, 4 preguntas de escala Likert, en función del grado de acuerdo o desacuerdo con algunas afirmaciones y por último las preguntas de clasificación, en función del sexo, edad, domicilio, ocupación... etc.
Una vez realizados todos los cuestionarios se introdujeron los datos al programa PSPP, programa de análisis de datos que permite extraer frecuencias, medias y relacionar variables entre otras muchas funciones. Los resultados han sido analizados, extrayéndose la media de las variables, así como sus frecuencias, apoyadas en gráficos y tablas explicativas. Además se han realizado tablas cruzadas para comparar variables y ver si eran dependientes o independientes.
Con los resultados obtenidos podemos observar una mayor implicación por parte de las mujeres en las ONGs, además de que estas valoran y se informan en mayor medida que los hombres.
También hemos observado que son las personas de más de 65 años las que más pertenecen a alguna asociación de este tipo, siendo los jóvenes, estudiantes y parados los que más interés muestran en pertenecer a una pero que por razones económicas, como más adelante demostraremos, les es imposible.
ABSTRACT: In this work we have done market research on non-profit organizations acting in Cantabria, whether national or regional. The goal is to know the image that has the Cantabrian population, interest and knowledge of these organizations and try to know if they are committed to them, useful information for NGOs. For they have used secondary sources, through interviews with people who work in these organizations, which have helped us to conduct the surveys with which we get the primary sources of information. This research was conducted through questionnaires and a sample size of 200 people. The questionnaires completed between May and September 2016 in Torrelavega and Santander. The questionnaire consists of 24 questions of which have 3 open-ended questions, five dichotomous, 3 multiple choice, one of hierarchical answer two questions filter, 4 questions Likert scale, depending on the degree of
agreement or disagreement with some statements and finally the classification questions, depending on sex, age, address, occupation ... etc. Once all the questionnaires to PSPP program data, data analysis program to extract frequencies, means and related variables among many other features were introduced. The results have been analyzed, extracting the average of the variables and their frequencies, supported by explanatory graphics and tables. We have also carried out crossed to compare variables and see if they were dependent or independent tables. With the results we can see greater involvement by women in NGOs, in addition to these valued and reported a greater extent than men. We have also observed that it is people over 65 years most belong to an association of this kind, young people, students and unemployed being the most interest shown belong to but for economic reasons, as later show them it is impossible.
