Resumen/Abstract
RESUMEN: El Crowdfunding se presenta en la actualidad como alternativa para obtener financiación para los emprendedores. No es un movimiento de nueva creación, ya que en países como Estados Unidos su práctica está extendida desde hace años. En España, como consecuencia de la crisis económica, cada vez más plataformas de Crowdfunding ven la luz y va en aumento el número de emprendedores que optan por esta vía por la dificultad para acceder al crédito. Dicha dificultad se debió a la falta de confianza de las entidades financieras en proyectos sin avalar y con dudosas posibilidades de viabilidad. A pesar de esto, algunos factores han marcado el crecimiento del Crowdfunding en el mercado:
● Desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías: es indudable que los avances tecnológicos sumados a la globalización han abierto una venta al mundo y han creado canales de comunicación que han hecho posible conectar a personas de cualquier parte y que estas puedan colaborar las unas con las otras en proyectos de todas partes del mundo.
● La crisis económica: se puede decir que las dificultades agudizan el ingenio y la búsqueda de alternativas y la falta de financiación ha hecho que surjan nuevas alternativas.
● La seguridad en los medios de pago por Internet: la creación de medios seguros de pago a través de Internet ha incrementado la confianza de los inversores a la hora de depositar su dinero en las plataformas.
● Falta de regulación: la falta de una regulación clara y concisa ha hecho que durante un tiempo los inversores estuvieran desprotegidos, con la nueva regulación de 2015 se han visto limitados en algunos casos.
Esta fuente de financiación no solo constituye una alternativa más cómoda y de libre acceso, sino que abre las puertas a aquellos proyectos que de manera convencional no hubieran podido ver la luz. La intención de este trabajo es dar a conocer esta actividad, su situación actual y origen. Además, a través del caso empírico de una campaña real llevada a cabo se podrá comprobar el funcionamiento del Crowdfunding en una de sus vertientes más habituales.
ABSTRACT: The Crowdfunding appears at present as alternative to obtain financing for the entrepreneurs. It is not a movement of new creation, since in countries like The United States his practice is extended for years. In Spain, as consequence of the economic crisis, increasingly Crowdfunding's platforms see the light and there goes in increase the number of entrepreneurs who choose for this route for the difficulty to accede to the credit. The above mentioned difficulty owed to the confidence lack of the financial institutions in projects without supporting and with doubtful possibilities of viability. Despite this, some factors have marked the growth of the Crowdfunding on the market:
● Development of new technologies: there is no doubt that the technological advances added to globalization have opened a sale to the world and have created channels of communication that have made it possible to connect people from anywhere and that they can collaborate with each other in projects all over the world.
● The economic crisis: it can be said that the difficulties aggravate the ingenuity and the search for alternatives and the lack of funding has led to the emergence of new alternatives.
● The security of Internet payment methods: the creation of secure payment methods over the Internet has increased the confidence of investors when depositing their money on the platforms.
● Lack of regulation: the lack of clear and concise regulation has meant that for some time investors have been unprotected, with the new regulation of 2015 they have been limited in some cases.
This financing source not only constitutes a more comfortable alternative and of free access, but it opens the doors for those projects that in a conventional way could not have seen the light. The intention of this work is to announce this activity, his current situation and origin. In addition, across the empirical case of a royal campaign carried out it will be possible verify the functioning of the Crowdfunding in one of his more habitual slopes.
