ABSTRACT The coexistence in the classroom directly influences the teaching-learning process of the students, so it is important to pay attention to the disruptive behaviors that affect the classroom climate. To get closer to the reality of each center, it is necessary to know the teachers' perception of this issue. This is the aim of this case study, which is intended to know the perceptions of the teaching staff of a center in relation to the disruptive behaviors that appear in their classrooms. The information obtained in this study is mainly of a qualitative nature but with quantitative contrast data. Considering the obtained results, it is necessary to implement a well-defined Coexistence Plan, which allows teachers to address the most frequent behaviors, as well as the profile of students that teachers define as more disruptive in a global and collaborative way.
